What Is All-on-4®?
All-on-4® is a full-arch tooth replacement system that uses four to six dental implants to support a complete, non-removable prosthetic bridge. Unlike traditional dentures, the All-on-4® solution is fixed in place, does not require adhesive, and offers improved bite strength, bone preservation, and natural aesthetics.
This approach is ideal for patients who:
- Are missing all or most of their upper or lower teeth

How it Works
The All-on-4® treatment is typically completed in two phases: surgical placement and final restoration.
1. Initial Consultation & Imaging
We perform a comprehensive clinical evaluation, including 3D CBCT imaging, to assess bone anatomy and design a custom surgical plan.
2. Surgical Phase
Dr. Bobst places 4 to 6 dental implants at precise angles to maximize available bone. In most cases, a fixed temporary prosthesis is placed on the same day.
3. Healing Phase
Over several months, the implants integrate with the jawbone (osseointegration), and the temporary prosthesis remains functional.
4. Final Restoration
After successful healing, your general dentist or prosthodontist fabricates and delivers your permanent bridge, completing your new smile.
